Dear Dairy,

As my one yellow eye opened, I struggled to take a breath for my body was

agitated by an uncontrollable movement. My limbs were in proportion along with beautifully selected features. My yellow skin, shiny black hair and pearly white teeth contrasted against my watery eyes and pitch-black lips. I laid at the feet of my creator; however, he rushed out of my sight with urgency. Have I done something terribly wrong to scare him away? I thought to myself. I am unable to grasp the concept of why I am left here to lay alone. I took note at the fact that he had ran off into his bedroom and contemplated what my next move should be.

I built up the courage to approach the place where my creator stayed. I stood

over top of him as he slept but he woke up to dim moonlight peeking through the window-shutters. I used my hand to hold up bed curtain and stared at him intensely. I fixed my mouth in an attempt to make conversation. I failed to correctly pronounce a

comprehendible statement and failed to be understood by the person I yearned to be accepted by the most. I stretched out my hand with hopes of receiving a glimpse of affection from him. His face expressed both disgust and fear as he escaped and scurried down the stairs. I immediately felt my heart sink as I wondered what was wrong with me and why I was unwanted by the very person who created me.
